WORKSHOPS
Insight travels further when it begins in a room together.
Imaginal Ways presents educational workshops commissioned by organisations for their members, teams, or leadership groups. Each one is shaped to the group's context, focus, and the questions that matter to them at that moment.
Workshops draw on the same Insight to Action approach as individual consulting. They often begin with the same kinds of questions about direction, identity, and what genuinely matters, and move toward the same goal: clarity that leads to action. For some participants, a workshop is where that process begins.
I use carefully chosen images alongside questions that open up thinking rather than narrow it, and we explore further through writing prompts and conversation that is always voluntary. Each person leaves with one concrete commitment to carry into the days that follow.
Over the years I have led workshops for boards and senior leadership, many focused on long-range vision and planning and on aligning mission and values with external requirements. Much of that work was bringing people of differing priorities into one shared direction. What I offer at Imaginal Ways builds on this experience.
Recent London Workshops
“Your Next Chapter” was commissioned for a membership group of women facing significant professional and personal change. These spanned career shifts, relocations, and pivotal decisions that reached across several areas of life at once. The focus and framing were shaped specifically for that group, as all workshops are.
“Community and Connection” was commissioned for a membership organisation that wanted to strengthen how its people connect. It brought out a wide range of voices, helped the group name what was working and what could grow, and turned scattered observations into shared intentions they could act on together.
New Offering: “Taking Care of Business: In-Depth Decisions”
Developed for groups of professionals, founders, and executives weighing a significant choice about a role, a direction, a team, or about what comes next. Across a 60 to 90 minute session, participants move from naming the decision in front of them towards a clearer sense of the underlying influences and drivers.
