IMAGINAL WAYS | DR. CYNTHIA ANNE HALE
What’s it like when a familiar path ends? Are you at a turning point, considering something new?
Experienced professionals face unique challenges with all kinds of work and life transitions. Your expertise has brought you this far. Now, with focused conversations, we can draw on your ability to envision and create changes that truly matter. Imaginal Ways takes its name from exactly this: the unfolding process of finding new perspectives by learning to imagine all ways, and to imagine always.
What I Offer
I'm Cynthia Hale, providing bespoke executive coaching from a unique perspective. I work with experienced professionals navigating business and life transitions to create meaningful next chapters. With more than 30 years as a US licensed psychotherapist and PhD depth psychologist, I understand that while change can feel daunting, many kinds of transformation are not only possible but sustainable.
By exploring what's actually stirring beneath the surface, I guide you toward a deeper awareness that informs more grounded, practical steps. Sessions start wherever you are and progress around what really matters to you. I consider your business goals alongside personal challenges, and I bring the broader context of social, cultural, and political factors into our work. In a rapidly changing world, these shape everything. Above all, I engage with you fully and authentically to develop new perspectives that are genuinely yours.
This isn't step-by-step executive coaching. I bring nuance and real-world professional experience to every conversation.
The Work: Insight to Action Coaching
Most people who find their way to Imaginal Ways aren't sure exactly where to start. That's completely expected. Major transitions don't arrive with a clear instruction manual, and one of the first things we often do together is figure out where you actually are.
I've organised my work into five phases that reflect how transitions tend to unfold. You might recognise yourself clearly in one of them. Or you might be somewhere between two, or cycling back through something you thought you'd already resolved. Read through the short reflections below and notice which one pulls at you. That's usually a good place we can begin.
