Sometimes we seek change and sometimes it blindsides us. Globally and locally, we are tremendously destabilized by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stress = Distress

The short term and long term impacts of the outbreak on ourselves, our families, and our communities are serious. For now, things are intensifying daily, even as we learn more. As medical scientists race toward treatment and vaccine, there is still much that is unknown about the nature of this disease, its spread, and its scope. This continuing level of uncertainty is incredibly stressful. Hunkering down, as we think of it, can bring its own problems like isolation or increased family conflict.

Commit to greater emotional balance and resilience. Your inner work can make a unique difference in the world.
