It is a method, pioneered by Robert Bosnak, of working with an image from a dream, memory, or creative work. I sometimes use this in therapy, and also use this method with my dream exploration groups.

Embodied Imagination, when used with dreams, allows the dreamer, through careful, guided concentration, to re-enter the dream. Attention is given to the dream narrative and the setting, along with the emotional and physical state of the dreamer. This kind of dream work facilitates the interaction of personal, physical, emotional, and archetypal elements and enables new awareness to develop.

Cyberdreamwork is an organization dedicated to developing a cyberspace dream community. Founded and led by Robert Bosnak and Jill Fischer, real-time, live-voice internet groups meet regularly, enabling dreamers and cyberdreamcoaches to collaborate from around the world.

I began cyberdreamwork training with Robert Bosnak and Jill Fischer early in 2005.
